Incidents overview

We have designed the Incidents feature to enhance the management of unexpected events in your organization. The incidents view conveniently displays all the collected incidents from completed inspections.

On the Incidents view you can find:

  • Search box
  • Dropdown list with all sites assigned to the logged user
  • List of created inspections (urgent incidents are marked with a red triangle icon)

Each inspection has a status: unsolved or solved. Users assigned to the sites where the incident exists can resolve it by selecting the action from the 3-dot menu.
