Yes/No answer

The most commonly used type of answer in a typical inspection template.

Yes/No answers are compatible with Checkly Score. In this scoring system, the answer "Yes" is assigned a point value of 1, while the answer "No" is assigned a point value of 0. If needed, you can reverse the scoring by using the "reverse scoring" checkbox.

Furthermore, you can include a "Not applicable" answer by selecting the "Add Not applicable answer" checkbox.

Scale 1 - 5

This scale can be used to rate something. The inspection mode will display a dropdown list with options ranging from 1 to 5.

Single choice

This single choice option can be used to create custom answer options. In inspection mode, a dropdown list will be displayed, showing the created options.

The Checkly Score is compatible with a single-choice format. In this scoring system, you decide how each answer is assigned points.

Signature

In Inspection mode, this type of answer displays two inputs: the first for name and surname, and the second with a special area where the user can provide a signature using their finger or mouse pointer.

The Checkly Score is not compatible with this answer. Additionally, it is not compatible with the Incidents feature.

Geolocation

In Inspection mode, this type of answer displays a map and location input. If the user allows the browser to automatically detect their location, the app will display their current location. However, if the user denies this option, they will need to manually enter their location.

This answer is integrated with the Google Maps component.
